Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Inspector to join our team. As an Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet quality standards through careful inspection and analysis. This is a critical role in maintaining our commitment to delivering high-quality products to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect products at various stages of production to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Conduct thorough visual inspections, using tools such as calipers and micrometers to measure dimensions
- Analyze data and test results to identify any deviations or defects
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance (QA) team to develop and implement effective quality control procedures
- Collect and record data on product performance, defects, and other quality-related metrics
- Monitor production processes to identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, such as Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) guidelines
- Communicate any quality issues or concerns to relevant stakeholders
- Maintain accurate documentation of inspection results and reports
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a quality control or inspection role
- Strong knowledge of quality management principles and practices
- Proficient in using inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, etc.
- Familiarity with HACCP guidelines and other relevant regulations
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and identify trends or patterns
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to recommend effective solutions
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
