SE Agricultural & Commercial Solutions is an agricultural construction company that is located in Byron Center, MI. We have an immediate opening for a full-time Agricultural Construction Laborer. Candidates should have a strong general working knowledge of all hand and construction tools. We are looking for an individual with a positive attitude, enjoys working alongside others, and is eager to learn.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of agricultural equipment/systems is a plus. (freestalls, headlocks, ventilation systems, etc.)
• Able to work in a variety of temperatures.
• Being able to work out of lifts or on ladders and occasionally extreme heights.
• Installing equipment for steel, hoop, hybrid, and wood post barns.
• Having general knowledge of basic hand tools.
• Maintaining proper workplace safety.
• Must enjoy working with others.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED requirement
• Ability to lift minimum 50lbs
• A strong willingness to learn.
• Flexible and punctual.
• A positive attitude.
• Valid Driver’s License

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.50 - $22.00 per hour
