Baxter Aerospace is a highly motivated team that is intent on building a better future by greatly reducing the impact that wildfires have on the environment. The team is developing a long endurance, high performance surveillance drone that will revolutionize wildfire fighting. We are working on our vision by assisting engineering teams at a variety of firms that have a shared goal of improving the world with clean energy generation, affordable access to space and more. Requirements:

- US person able to work in an ITAR controlled environment

- Good working knowledge of common hand tools and shop machinery

- Enjoy learning

- Motivated to succeed

- Great interpersonal communication skills

- Flexibility to rapidly change direction on tasks as requirements change

- Desire to take the lead and improve their surroundings

- Must have excellent troubleshooting skills

Preference if you have:

- Experience in technical assembly, reading blueprints, machining, welding or other technical field especially in an R&D environment

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
