Sales Support Coordinator

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Support Coordinator to join our team. As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring smooth operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and enjoys working in a fast-paced sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
• Assistant to Sales Team: client-specific product research, creating estimates and mockups, and submitting Purchase Orders to vendors.
• Checking Production Reports to ensure accurate ship dates and deadlines are being met.
• Communicating with vendors regarding purchase orders, quotes, product information, and ship dates.
• Communicating with clients regarding quotes, virtual proofs, order status for promotional products/decorated apparel.

Requirements

• Experience in Promotional Products Sales, Advertising, or Marketing industry.
• Experience communicating with clients and vendors via phone and email.
• Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work proficiently and multi-task in a timely manner to meet deadlines.
• Supply Chain knowledge.
• Detail-oriented

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
