Our client is a fast-growing, nationally recognized direct-to-consumer brand. They are seeking an Advertising Director with the abilities to optimize & scale the customer acquisition practice while leading an impressive advertising team.
This is a key member of the Marketing & Advertising Leadership team, managing millions of dollars in ad spend every month. You will manage a team of over 12 media buyers, administrators, and agencies.
Required Experience In:
· Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) digital marketing & conversion-optimization expertise.
· Media buying / paid traffic expertise across multiple platforms and emerging channels.
· Departmental P&L oversight - establishing key departmental metrics and hitting targets.
· Effective recruitment, team building, leadership, and management towards results.
· Decision-making via data analysis.
