Reputation and Brand Specialist
The Reputation and Brand Specialist is expected to work towards enhancing and building the dealership’s reputation by consistently and promptly responding to all online reviews, as well as curating and posting unique organic content across the dealership’s social media profiles. Responsible for following policies and procedures, systems and standards as set forth by the Manager, Online Reputation and Brand. Work closely with the internal teams to escalate negative situations if such action is necessary and leverage internal creative team for content graphics. Focus on forums, tweets, images, and writing effective organic posts, or publishing positive reviews, as well as retweeting, sharing, and engaging with the social community. Utilize LADTech dashboard to identify common themes in reviews or negative sentiments and counsel dealership clients on opportunity to improve these aspects.
