Burke Advertising is seeking a Multimedia Designer to join our team. The Video, Graphic and Web Designer will need experience in both print and electronic media. We’re looking for someone who can take direction from written or spoken ideas and convert them seamlessly into images, layouts, and other designs. The successful candidate should have an intimate understanding of how marketing campaigns work, especially in the retail sector, to support our clients. We work in a fast-paced environment, so the ideal Graphic Designer will be able to hit the ground running as soon as we bring on a new client or project.

Skills Required: The graphic designer will work with our team and clients to design web sites, video campaigns, TV spots, marketing materials, print ads, digital campaigns, logos, and multimedia videos. This position requires a creative, self-motivated team player. The successful candidate will need the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment, with a team and independently.

Job Duties:

• Design of web sites, produce videos, marketing materials, digital campaigns, logos, and more.
• Collaborate with marketing teams and management
• Ability to discuss which mockups are effective, and use their feedback to develop final drafts
• Revision of the work of other designers when needed
• Ability to create a unified aesthetic to match clients brand standards
• Work on multiple projects at once, and consistently meet draft deadlines
• Communicate frequently with clients and management to update them on the progress of projects
• Other duties as requested
