Advertising Manager manages the implementation of the strategy, plans, and tactics required to create advertising concepts and campaigns that deliver results and meet organizational and stakeholder objectives. Controls the budget, expenditures, resource allocation, and project timelines for all advertising campaigns. Being an Advertising Manager identifies media channels and directs the placement of all advertisements and the development of promotional materials. Ensures consistent and effective branding and messaging in all forms of advertisements. Additionally, Advertising Manager deploys metrics and data analytics processes to measure campaign effectiveness and assess return on investment. Maintains awareness of industry and competitive intelligence and recommends innovative and new advertising methods and initiatives. COLLEGE GRADUATES WELCOMED! We are seeking a Google Ads Specialist to join our team. If you are interested in working in a fast paced environment where you work with clients across a multitude of industries, then this is the job for you. Ideal candidates should be familiar with Google Ads and have experience working within the Google Ads platform either from thier education or a prior job. This position will work with account managers, graphic designers, and video producers to craft Google advertisements that generate conversions and/or sales for clients.
**Duties:**
- Write ad copy
- Develop ad layouts for production team
- Create paid search, display, and video ads through Google Ads (you will have creative support from Graphic Designers, Web Designers, and Video Producers)
- Monitor advertisements daily and make adjustments to improve campaign performance
- Ensure any tracking tags or pixels are implements and functioning correctly throgh Google Tag Manager
- Attend client meetings with Account Managers from time-to-time
**Requirements:**
- 4-year degree in marketing, advertising, or communications OR proven experience in digital advertising
- Familiarity Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and reporting
- Knowledge of affiliate marketing strategies and implementation
