Primary Responsibilities:

• Manages, trains, and develops the Centralized Field Support Marketing & Advertising team for the effective performance of the day-to-day responsibilities of their roles.
• Works with corporate marketing and sales leadership to establish creative vision and marketing plans.
• Oversees promotional campaigns to boost agent success and reach new customers.
• Oversees the design and development of digital and social content for our Agents and sales support.
• Works as the liaison between various departments to create, approve and implement field marketing materials within deadlines.
• Compiles and prepares creative presentations for field staff.
• Initiates market research studies and analyzes their findings to understand customer and market opportunities for the field.
• Ensures the Centralized Field Support Marketing & Advertising team focuses on internal customer service, responsiveness, accountability, data-based decision-making, and collaboration.
• Ensures all sales materials are current and compliant and that the branding is cohesive.
• Utilizes design methodologies that meet the business objectives and timelines of the organization and stakeholders.
• Consults and collaborates with the Director CFS and Corporate marketing on strategic planning and branding compliance.

 Knowledge and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in journalism, marketing, advertising, graphic design, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 5-7 years of marketing and/or advertising experience.
• 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of creative marketing design techniques and printing methods.
• Excellent project management and organization skills with prior experience coordinating marketing projects.
• Proficient skills in Adobe and Microsoft Suites
• Ability to monitor, coach, and measure employee work performance.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to provide appropriate follow up and meet deadlines.
• Ability to demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy.
