Organizes assigned project tasks and timelines that ensure on-time delivery of projects. Additionally, Advertising Coordinator incorporates processes to ensure advertising quality, consistency, and effective branding. Coordinates with vendors to design and deliver promotional materials aligned with marketing campaigns and events. Monitors campaigns and analyzes performance to make recommendations or recalibrate based on results. Typically requires a bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising or equivalent. The Paid Media Coordinator will have responsibility for managing and coordinating paid advertising campaigns across various paid media channels in the day-to-day operations of MassMedia’s advertising department. This individual will be responsible for reporting on the various digital campaigns running, working with various paid media partners in collecting information and insertion orders, trafficking creative, among other tasks. Will assist in creating a positive team environment and ensure completion of certain day-to-day activities. This position requires the highest level of professionalism, confidentiality and integrity from an individual who is responsible and dependable.
