Advertising Sales Manager

We are currently seeking a talented and results-driven Advertising Sales Manager to join our team and contribute to our continued growth. 

 As a sales manager, you will be responsible for digital & print marketing campaigns, including generating leads, conducting market research and actively engaging with the business to optimize the performance of our advertising products and strategy. You will be responsible for recruiting, training and mentoring our sales team as well as regularly attending sales calls. Our ideal candidate will be 

 Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement advertising strategies across various channels, including but not limited to search, display, social media, and programmatic advertising.
• Assist in day to day leadership responsibilities including tracking goals, attending sales calls with reps, setting goals, etc.
• Develop training programs and implement new initiatives for sales representatives to sell and execute campaigns effectively and efficiently.
• Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date with the latest digital advertising technologies and best practices.
• Manage and allocate the digital advertising budget to maximize ROI.
• Ensure compliance with advertising regulations and best practices.
• Develop and maintain relationships with advertising platforms and partners.

 Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience
• Proven experience in advertising sales, with a focus on both print and digital platforms.
• Strong understanding of the advertising industry, market trends, and emerging technologies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
