Advertising Coordinator is responsible for the conceptual design, creation, and delivery of advertising campaigns through media channels, including digital, social, print, and broadcast. Analyzes stakeholder requirements and defines objectives for advertising. Being an Advertising Coordinator develops audience targeting and strategy. Organizes assigned project tasks and timelines that ensure on-time delivery of projects. Additionally, Advertising Coordinator incorporates processes to ensure advertising quality, consistency, and effective branding. Coordinates with vendors to design and deliver promotional materials aligned with marketing campaigns and events. Monitors campaigns and analyzes performance to make recommendations or recalibrate based on results. Typically requires a bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Advertising Coordinator occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. The UHS Corporate Marketing Department is hiring a Project Coordinator - Advertising to keep the agency on track ensuring stakeholder satisfaction by knowing every aspect of the agency’s processes.
Key Responsibilities include:
Direct workflow through the production process to keep projects moving and meet deadlines- Creates project plans and schedules in the Project Management tool, sets deadlines, and continuously updates project status; maintains the project tracking system for all in-house projects
- Generates daily priority lists for department and serves as a liaison between the creative team and Traffic team regarding project revisions and approvals
- Communicates regularly with Operations Team, Creative teams, and facility Marketing Directors to track and update project status in project management system on a daily basis
- Works directly with Media team and Supervisor, Project Coordinator to ensure ads are completed and time sensitive project deadlines are met in timely and accurate manner
Qualifications:Associates degree preferred with 1 - 3 years' experience coordinating projects in an agency or corporate environment.- Knowledge of the creative and production processes for advertising, graphic design, print, digital and social media
- Must be extremely organized, detail oriented; work efficiently to manage large project volumes with tight deadlines
- Exceptional ability to disseminate and communicate information in a fast-paced creative environment
- Must possess excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Coordinate with all team members and effectively convey project requirements
- Experience using Project Management Software (Workfront) preferred.
- Experience with MS Office
