Overview of Responsibilities
Coordinates the execution of all Company advertising efforts as instructed by the Director of Advertising and Public Relations.
Essential Job Duties
Organizes all communication within the advertising department, maintains design timelines, proofs, approval and ensures that the multimedia graphic artists have all information that they need as well as all proof and production delivery and posting dates are met.
Submits creative for ads to newspapers, coordinates billboard installations, traffics radio spots with media buyer.
Work with the Director of Advertising and Public Relations to ensure that the executed advertising stays with the annual budget.
Assist with copy writing for promotional and advertising initiatives as Directed by the Director of Advertising and Public Relations.
Work with Online Marketing Manager on social media initiatives, execution of social media plans and digital marketing placement each month.
Work with the Digital Imagery department to develop creative as needed and maintain brand integrity in all creative.
Responsible for protecting the integrity of the use of the Company brand.
Keeps current on all available opportunities to include, but not limited to Print Advertising, Outdoor Boards, Radio Spots, TV Spots and other media.
Provides summaries to the Director of Advertising and Public Relations on new media opportunities and pricing as available.
Ensures the accuracy of all marketing and promotional campaigns and materials. Including copy, phone numbers, disclaimers and directions on ads. Ensure all campaign materials are discrimination free and comply with any relevant federal, state or local laws.
Maintains onsite branding signage, updates kiosk and website content.
Responsible for all Advertising and Promotion invoices and accruing all Vendor information for finance purposes.
Attends and works events and functions as needed.
Performs all other job-related duties as assigned.
