Analyzes stakeholder requirements and defines objectives for advertising. Being an Advertising Coordinator develops audience targeting and strategy. Organizes assigned project tasks and timelines that ensure on-time delivery of projects. Additionally, Advertising Coordinator incorporates processes to ensure advertising quality, consistency, and effective branding. Coordinates with vendors to design and deliver promotional materials aligned with marketing campaigns and events. Monitors campaigns and analyzes performance to make recommendations or recalibrate based on results. Typically requires a bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Advertising Coordinator occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Position Details: Definition of Work: Favorite Healthcare Staffing, part of Acacium Group, is looking for an organized, motivated, and detail-oriented professional to join the Marketing team at our corporate office in Overland Park, Kansas. The Advertising Coordinator will work with a team to manage external recruitment advertising efforts for the company. You will be responsible for sourcing qualified candidates and managing third party advertising campaigns to drive candidate lead generation. A solid understanding of recruitment, advertising, and marketing are necessary to be a successful Advertising Coordinator. Responsibilities: Create digital recruitment advertisements for quality candidate lead generation Develop, launch, and manage advertising campaigns on third party job board sites like Indeed and ZipRecuiter Collaborate with team to launch effective recruitment advertising campaigns that help achieve company, branch, and corporate division strategies and goals Manage and maintain advertising budgets across multiple platforms Provide reports on effectiveness and ROI on all advertising campaigns Track and analyze metrics to assess campaign performance for effectiveness and ROI Utilize recruitment tools like resume databases to source for qualified candidates on a variety of digital job boards Assist with updating job descriptions with industry specific language while utilizing search engine optimization best practices Assist with training corporate divisions and local branch on advertising guidelines, best practices, and recruitment and sourcing tools Work directly with our corporate divisions and local branch offices to achieve short and long-term strategies and goals Conduct research on relevant industry and market trends to help drive digital advertising initiatives and strategy Ensure all advertising communications comply with corporate branding guidelines Build and maintain relationships with third party vendors Requirements: Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or similar field Prior experience in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or similar field Possess skills needed to create and manage response driven advertising campaigns Passion for advertising, recruitment, and marketing Excellent written and verbal communication skills Must be able to prioritize and perform multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines Must be a self-starter and be able to function independently Must be flexible in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Must be detail-oriented, innovative, and creative Job Type: Full-time Schedule: 8 hour days, Monday to Friday Hybrid structure Based at our corporate office in Overland Park, KS About Favorite Healthcare Staffing: Located in Overland Park, Kansas, Favorite Healthcare Staffing, opened in 1981 and is of the one of the industry’s fastest growing healthcare staffing providers.
