Advertising Coordinator is responsible for the conceptual design, creation, and delivery of advertising campaigns through media channels, including digital, social, print, and broadcast. Analyzes stakeholder requirements and defines objectives for advertising. Being an Advertising Coordinator develops audience targeting and strategy. Organizes assigned project tasks and timelines that ensure on-time delivery of projects. Additionally, Advertising Coordinator incorporates processes to ensure advertising quality, consistency, and effective branding. Coordinates with vendors to design and deliver promotional materials aligned with marketing campaigns and events. Monitors campaigns and analyzes performance to make recommendations or recalibrate based on results. Typically requires a bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Advertising Coordinator occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. How you’ll contribute The Senior Regulatory Advertising & Promotion Coordinator ensures regulatory compliance with FDA and commercial strategy, presentation of fair balance of safety and efficacy information, timely and accurate submission of assigned consumer and other promotional materials to FDA in Form 2253 and maintaining strong relationships with internal customers; including but not limited to Commercial, Legal, Global Medical Affairs. This position will also serve as a backup to the Promotional Review Board (PRB) team. This is a hybrid position with 3 days/week in our RTP, NC office, and 2 days/week work from home. Responsible for the accurate and timely submission of advertising and promotional materials to Office of Prescription Drug Promotion (OPDP) with FDA Form 2253 via the VEEVA system to ensure compliance with the FDA with limited oversight Keep abreast of new or revised regulations, guidelines, considerations, and compliance guides related to advertising/promotional materials to ensure materials are submitted compliantly Collaborate with the Promotional Review Board (PRB) team to ensure timely and accurate review of advertising and promotional material to meet timelines and requirements Perform all other duties as assigned For this role you will need Minimum Requirements Associate degree in a relevant field 4 years of experience in Pharmaceutical/Biotech with an associate degree 2 years of experience in Pharmaceutical/Biotech with a bachelor's degree Basic understanding of FDA’s submission requirements and drug/biologic/device development processes Experience working directly with OPDP Detail-oriented, self-directed, and ability to handle multiple projects across all functional areas independently Proficiency with Microsoft Office platforms, including Word, Outlook and PowerPoint Good oral and written communication skills Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field 2 years of experience in managing OPDP submissions Regulatory Affairs Certifications (RAC)-RAPS Experience with Veeva PromoMats Technical knowledge in eCTD compliant submissions and experience with Veeva Vaults Ability to drive accountability and responsibility that enables others to act with integrity At United Therapeutics, you’ll realize quickly that it is not an ordinary place to work!
