ADVERTISING COORDINATOR – Hybrid Work Schedule

Fastline Marketing Group has been a leader in integrated marketing solutions to the national agriculture community for more than 45 years. We are currently seeking a qualified Advertising Coordinator to join our company.

The Advertising Coordinator role is a part of our Creative Department and is instrumental in ensuring that Fastline Marketing Group is producing a world-class product. This position is responsible for working with a variety of people throughout all phases of our creative process to verify that our finished advertising product matches the desires of our customer. It requires the ability to read over materials to identify errors while working quickly and accurately in a deadline driven environment. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to follow-up with multiple groups on product status.

Responsibilities:

• Coordination of advertising materials
• Proofreading and layout through all phases of production to the final product.
• Working with a team of graphic designers, account managers, sales representatives, and customers to produce a high-quality product.

Requirements:

• Associate degree or technical equivalent and 1 year of customer service experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, data entry skills, and proofreading experience is a plus.
• Self-starter who can prioritize multiple tasks and manage numerous deadlines.
• Excellent home internet speeds for the work from home portion of the work week.
• Marketing or direct mail experience would be helpful.
