Job Description

• Work with the advertising team to help research, develop, and implement media plans for all Client's Nashville artists
• Identify target audiences and analyze their characteristics, behaviors, and media habits
• Assist in the creation and execution of online advertising campaigns, including post-campaign ad reports
• Track performance of active campaigns and provide optimizations to help maximize impact
• Monitor media for pacing, delivery, placement, and flight dates in tandem with the media buying team
• Facilitate campaign requests across the digital, out-of-home, radio, TV, and streaming spaces
• Assist in the marketing of Client's merchandise and label/artist e-commerce initiatives
• Provide recommendations on landing pages, websites, and overall user experience to optimize paid conversions
• Understand pixel implementation on websites for data collection and conversion tracking
• Manage industry schedules to help ensure the team is meeting campaign deliverables in a timely manner (i.e. award voting periods, key events, etc.)
• Help maintain artist budgets and assist with invoicing, billing, and payments for all ad campaigns
• Analyze insights from past campaigns as well as platform trends to make recommendations for improved performance
• Implement test initiatives such as A/B testing, multivariate testing, offer testing, etc.
• Create presentation decks and documents for campaigns, partnership opportunities, and company pitches
• Brainstorm and aid in the creation and development of new label initiatives and platforms
• Work cross-departmentally on various company and brand activations
• Coordinate meetings and correspondence with internal teams and third party partners
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Required Skills

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively within a fast-past environment
• Ability to carry out projects/tasks with limited supervision
• Advertising / media buying experience preferred, but not required
• Familiarity with backend ad platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter, and other DSPs
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint with ability to build compelling reports detailing campaign successes, ROI and learnings
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Insights, Datorama, Linkfire
• Strong organizational and computer skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Passionate music fan with knowledge of the Country music industry
