Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketer to join our team, focusing on promoting our adult day care and home care services. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish, with a strong ability to communicate effectively across diverse audiences. This role involves developing and implementing marketing strategies, building relationships within the community, and increasing awareness and enrollment in our programs.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing plans to promote adult day care and home care services to the target demographic.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth.
• Create compelling marketing materials in both English and Russian to engage potential clients and their families.
• Build and maintain relationships with local healthcare providers, community organizations, and other referral sources.
• Organize and attend community events, fairs, and presentations to raise awareness of our services.
• Monitor and analyze marketing and sales data to adjust strategies as needed.
• Ensure all marketing activities comply with industry standards and regulations.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in both English and Spanish.
• Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare, adult day care, or home care sector.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of individuals and groups.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative thinking and strategic planning abilities.
• Knowledge of local community resources and healthcare providers preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
