Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Childcare Provider to join our licensed in-home childcare program. The ideal candidate will have experience in childcare, a passion for working with children, and the ability to create a safe and nurturing environment for young learners.

Duties:
- Provide attentive care to children in a safe and compassionate manner
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities to stimulate their physical and intellectual growth
- Maintain a clean and organized childcare environment
- Monitor and address children's behavior while promoting positive interactions
- Collaborate with parents to ensure the best care for their children
- Implement daily routines and activities that encourage learning and development

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in childcare, nannying, babysitting, or related field
- CPR/First Aid Certified, or willing to take a certification class.
- Understanding of child development principles
- Ability to manage childcare dynamics and behavior effectively
- Experience working with infants, toddlers, preschoolers, or school-aged children
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment

-Must pass a background check and complete the Nebraska State Patrol fingerprinting.
