Admitting/Discharge Clerk jobs in Stillwater, OK

Description:
-Order and maintain various supplies for the department.
-Performs data entry.
-Handles mail processing both inbound and outbound.
-Process orders.
-Assist others as needed.
-Serve as a backup to other clerks within the department.
-Routine duties based on detailed instruction
-Works under direct supervision
-Responds to routine questions and problems within standards and guides
-Follows established procedures to accomplish requirements of job
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
-Ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing.
-Knowledge of and ability to use office equipment such as calculator, fax machine, copier, etc.
-Dependable and accurate.
-Ability to use personal computer with MS Office Applications.
