TWIC clerk

We are seeking a TWIC clerk with excellent customer service and security skills to join our highly-regarded team. The clerk will be responsible for clearing the security officer staff in Houma, LA.

Prior law enforcement, military and / or 2 years of security experience is a plus.

Full-time position, benefits offered include medical / vision / dental / life insruance, company cell phone and company vehicle.

As TWIC clerk, you will be responsible for :

• Working in a local Security Office M-F 8am-4pm
• Overseeing the TWIC operations for security guards to be scheduled at posts around the Houma Branch.
• You must meet the following requirements :
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills.
• Sound communication skills Professional presentation.
• Ability to work as a team member.
• Willingness and ability to work to a flexible roster, 7 days a week.
• Reliable transport.
• 21 years of age.
• Clean criminal background Ability to pass a drug screen.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time, perform routine foot patrols.

Physical / Mental Requirements :

• Ability to operate general office equipment.
• Ability to effectively communicate using verbal and written skills.
• Ability to make sound decisions.
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working with office equipment.
• Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds.
