OrthoTennessee is seeking an Admitting Specialist for a flexible scheduling, Monday through Friday opportunity with our University Orthopaedic Surgery Center across from the University of Tennessee Medical Center. The Admitting Specialist will be responsible for admitting patients day of their surgery, will verify all patient demographics, takes payment or set up payment plans as needed, scans and creates medical charts, and assists with various administrative duties as needed. Must be highly organized, detail oriented, and the ability to work both independently and as a team.
