Santa Post Acute is a skilled nursing and rehab facility in Santa Rosa, California looking to add a full time admissions director to our marketing team.

Responsibilities include case referral review, communication with hospital case managers, insurance authorizations, completing admissions paperwork, and welcoming new residents to our community.

Candidates should have at least one year of experience as an Admissions Coordinator, or Nurse Liaison in a Healthcare setting with knowledge of Medicare and Managed Care admission processes. Strong customer service skills, impeccable communication both written and verbal, and an intermediate level computer literacy with an aptitude to learn new programs.
