Continental School of Beauty is currently seeking a full-time Admissions Representative for our Rochester location.
The hours for this position are Monday through Friday from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm with the potential of one night until 7:00 pm.

Position Summary
Continental is seeking a self-starting Admissions Representative to be responsible for the recruitment of prospective students from lead to enrollment including financial aid packaging.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
· Managing prospective student leads and scheduling appointments to meet with prospective students to explain our program offerings.
· Ensuring students bring appropriate documentation to their appointments in order to assist them with completing financial aid documents.
· Complete Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and Master Promissory Note (MPN) and explain options.
· Complete enrollment paperwork.
· Ensuring all admission documents have been completed and received.
· Running award letters and certifying loans.
· Provide support to current students regarding their financial aid.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
· High school diploma, Associates and Bachelors degree are preferred.
· Minimum of 2-4 years of sales, customer service, and/or admissions and financial aid experience.
· Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
· Effective time management skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
· Excellent customer service skills.
· Proficient skills in Microsoft Office – particularly Word and Excel.
· Proficient basic math skills.
· Experience with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system a plus.
