Typically a 40 hour week, Monday – Friday.
The ideal candidate will provide positive assistance to prospective students searching for career training. A strong desire to make a difference in the lives of others and see them succeed as well as getting results & doing what is right by the prospective student is a MUST!
Responsibilities include:
o Recruiting students into career training programs and scheduling campus visits by:
o Setting appointments with prospects to visit the campus and learn more about the career programs offered.
o Involves heavy phone work and follow-up, but no cold calling.
o Follow-up includes phones, email, texts, etc.
o Conducting face-to-face interviews on campus to assess the education needs, vocational ambitions, aptitudes and abilities of prospective students and help match prospects to career training.
o Helping the prospective student through the admissions requirements including necessary documentation to meet the demands of various regulatory entities.
Requirements:
· Experience in recruiting, college admissions, public relations, career counseling, inside sales, outside sales or customer service is strongly preferred.
· Must have good written and verbal communication skills.
· Must not be afraid of the phone and must enjoy working with people over the phone.
· Must be computer-literate, able to fully utilize and record all activity in contact management software.
The successful candidate must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
