Title: Admissions/Discharge Coordinator

Job Duties: Admissions/Discharge Coordinator is responsible for reviewing admission packets and distributing to the Program Director and Director of Nursing Services approval. Work with conservators and outside sources for discharge placement.

Schedule: Full-Time

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED.
• Warm friendly personality with exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to manage a variety of duties accurately with frequent disruptions.
• Accepts responsibility and accountability for actions while demonstrating initiative with excellent judgment.
• Has ability to relate positively with all levels of professionals as well as clientele.
• Loyal, reliable, tactful, honest and discreet, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
