The Patient access/Admissions representative will assist with patient registration. Interviews patients to collect demographic and financial data. Creates the patient record used in medical treatment and the collection of accounts.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: High School diploma with one year of office experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous experience and/or knowledge of the health care setting to include medical terminology and insurance billing is preferred. Must have knowledge of automated admission, discharge and transfer information system, PC proficiency, and computer data entry skills. CPR required and/or obtain within 30 days of hire
