Madison Regional Health System is seeking a PRN Admissions Representative to be a part of the Madison Regional Health System mission: Committed to providing quality healthcare, close to home.
Our Admissions Representative is an essential part of our Admissions team who is responsible for greeting patients and/or their representative in a friendly manner, gathering demographic and payment information, and communicating with other departments. Excellent customer service, attention to detail, great telephone etiquette, computer knowledge, and the ability to multi-task in pressure/stressful situations are essential.
The working conditions will be in a clean, well-lighted area, with long periods of sitting and/or standing, and frequent repetitive motion of the hands/wrists involved. Training for PRN Admissions Representative position will consist of weekday hours. Once completed, hours will be mainly weekends and holidays, with potential of weekday hours as needed.
Shift differential occurs 6pm-6am Monday-Friday, weekends, and holidays. Madison Regional Health System employees receive a discount at the on-site cafeteria.
