Located among the woods and mountains of the Williamsburg, PA, countryside, Cove Forge Behavioral Health System is a residential treatment center for adults who are struggling with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. This position requires:

• HS Diploma or GED; healthcare admission experience preferred
• Professional and courteous demeanor
• Basic computer knowledge for emails/charting

Responsibilities:

• Review prospective admissions against approved admission criteria policies and procedures.
• Respond promptly to all inquiry calls.
• Initiate contact to gather required clinical and demographic data from patient and other sources.
• Schedule assessments; conduct pre-admission assessments.
• Coordinate with referral sources; coordinate transportation arrangements for patients
• Responsible for maintaining all documentation involved with the admissions process.
