Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Admissions Coordinator. As an Admissions Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in assisting patients with the admissions process and ensuring a smooth transition into our skilled nursing facility.

Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and addressing inquiries from patients and their families
- Scheduling appointments and coordinating admissions paperwork
- Providing administrative support to the admissions team
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Collaborating with medical staff to ensure proper documentation and compliance
- Assisting with insurance verification and billing processes
- Providing exceptional customer service to patients and visitors

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing or Rehabilitation program.
- Proficiency in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and work well under pressure
