Being an Administrative Services Supervisor ensures compliance with established corporate standards and may be responsible for reviewing and evaluating the work and performance of subordinates. May require an associate degree. Additionally, Administrative Services Supervisor typically reports to a manager. The Administrative Services Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. ```Duties```
- Oversee and supervise staff, ensuring efficient and effective operations
- Manage front desk activities, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
- Maintain studio calendars and ensure timely completion of tasks and deadlines
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Implement and maintain office procedures and policies to improve workflow
- Train and onboard new staff members
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
```Qualifications```
- Proven experience in an client service, and administrative role with supervisory responsibilities
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficient in using office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of medical office management practices is a plus
- Familiarity with phone systems and phone etiquette
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
