Old Republic Risk Management (ORRM) is currently seeking an Administrative Services Supervisor to join its Office & Administrative Support Team at its company headquarters in Brookfield, WI. In general, the Administrative Services Supervisor is responsible for direct oversight of Office & Administrative Services staff and the maintenance and cleanliness of the building and grounds.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
QUALIFICATIONS:
This position requires a High School Diploma, or equivalent, and a minimum of 5 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. In addition, some supervisory experience is required. A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or Associates Degree in a related field is strongly preferred.
This position requires minimal travel by use of motor vehicle, public transportation, and/or airplane.
Physical requirements include sitting for extended periods of time, and walking, standing, bending, and lifting (up to 40 pounds) occasionally during work hours. This position works in a professional office environment. No personal protective equipment is required. Ergonomic equipment is available to employees.
Working as an Administrative Services Supervisor requires one to work independently and effectively within a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft (MS) Windows and Office products is necessary. Other skills necessary include excellent oral and written communication skills, strong organizational and accurate proofreading skills, the ability to maintain accurate records, the ability to exercise discretion with confidential information, strong attention to detail, and the ability to use a variety of office equipment.
