    Slate and Copper Services, LLC is looking for an energetic office professional to manage and execute the day-to-day administration of the company as follows:

    Responsibilities included, but not limited to:

    • Receptionist duties – answering phones and greeting customers.
    • Filing, scanning, organizing
    • Incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
    • Facilitate bookkeeper: banking, deposits, vendor relations, A/R
    • Purchasing, and tracking shipments
    • Tracking and recording hours – Time & Material – Change Orders
    • Customer relations: contracts, scheduling, updates, billing, changes, follow up.
    • Billings/ Invoicing – Schedule, prepare, and assist in the execution of invoices.
    • Arranging travel and temporary lodging
    • Automobile and Equipment : registrations, insurances, licences, taxes, émissions. Maintenance, repairs

    Required Skills:

    • Proven experience as an office administrator
    • Acting as a conduit of information – Proactive, effective, and timely communication
    • Strong organizational skills and a disciplined attention to detail
    • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
    • Proficient with Microsoft 365 products. Including, One Drive, Outlook, Excel, & Word
    • Computer knowledge for simple It issues (problem solving)
    • Familiarity with QuickBooks
    • Ability to prioritize work and able to multi-task and see jobs to their completion.
    • Exceptional customer service
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Multilingual (Spanish) a plus
    • Must legally be authorized to work in the U.S. This position requires that you be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.

    This is a fulltime position Monday – Friday on site in our Portsmouth, RI office.

    Compensation commensurate with skill set and experience.

    There will be a 90-day review/evaluation period upon start.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
