Administrative Services Manager directs and coordinates the delivery of administrative services such as clerical support, mail distribution, document management, maintenance, and food service to ensure efficient operations of the business. Ensures that users understand how to access services with clear policies and procedures. Being an Administrative Services Manager suggests improvements to services and identifies additional efficiencies. Typically requires an associate degree or its equivalent. Additionally, Administrative Services Manager typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Administrative Services Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. On Call Office Services Associate

  • ARO is looking to hire an On call Office Services Associate to work for an Outstanding Company. Looking for someone that can travel between the Arlington/McLean/Rockville areas.* This position will be estimated at 20 hours per month.*

    This position will be a high-level Receptionist/Concierge/Hospitality that will greet and handle many guests coming into the office for meetings, as well as for their daily work schedule. We are looking for someone who will make a great first and lasting impression.

    Must be reliable, excellent email and verbal communicator, can manage conference room calendars, Microsoft office experience is a must and will be cross trained to help in other areas as needed.

    We need someone with Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

    The hours are Monday through Friday, and will vary from as early as 7am and as late as 6:00pm, depending on which location and position you’re assigned for that particular shift.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Receptionist experience
    • Concierge experience
    • Hospitality experience
    • Prior experience in a professional office setting
    • Required qualities include: Must be customer service oriented, dependable, enthusiastic, punctual, organized, self-directed, self-motivated, and a team player.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Must demonstrate professional communication skills: verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
    • Mailroom experience a plus
    • Manage the Office supplies and Breakroom supply inventories, as well as oversee the ordering process each month
