Title: Administrative Assistant-Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF)
Position Summary:
The Administrative Assistant provides support to the Veterans Services of the Carolinas programs and staff, reporting to the Managing Director. This position manages interns and volunteer staff, assists the Senior Staff with generation of reports, gathers and prepares data for analysis, manages multiple data bases, and facilitates seamless coordination among multiple Veteran programs and staff to include timesheets, staff mileage, and credit card reconciliation.
Position Type:
Classification – Full-time salary position with flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends.
