Ensures that users understand how to access services with clear policies and procedures. The incumbent provides servant leadership to agile projects and products of highly complex nature. Leveraging a deep project management foundation coupled with agile behaviors and mindset, the incumbent works across Agile teams and provide key facilitation and leadership to help project and product teams execute on their objectives with a focus on delivering business value.
