Summary
Provides administrative support to the sales regions. This role reports to the Regional Sales Director(s) and supports the team with reporting capabilities, data administration and clerical tasks.
Essential Functions
- Manage the customer pricing pages in the CRM.
- Initiate price change notifications for customers based on the directive from the Pricing Function.
- Complete reporting for sales invoices, reconciliations, consignments, purchase history and month end.
- Support the general sales team with answering questions and customer data.
- Additional support for CRM, PowerBi and ERP systems when questions arise.
- Assist with maintenance of National Account data and reporting.
- Coordinate shipments for demo tools and trade show materials as needed.
- Coordinate office supply purchase and shipment for employees in the territory.
- Assist with administrative functions like credit rebills.
Position Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma or GED Required.
Experience: At least 1 year experience in an administrative role.
