Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our office. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.
Duties:
- Perform order entry and maintain accurate records of inventory
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Greet visitors and provide excellent customer service at the front desk
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Utilize Google Suite to create and maintain documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Assist with proofreading and editing documents for accuracy and clarity
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
- Transcribe meeting minutes and other important documents
- Act as a personal assistant to executives, handling travel arrangements, expense reports, and other administrative tasks
- Type correspondence, reports, and other documents as required
Skills:
- Proficient in order entry and inventory management systems
- Experience in event planning and coordination
- Strong front desk reception skills with excellent customer service abilities
- Proficient in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Familiarity with general office procedures and equipment
- Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail
- Previous experience working in a dental office is a plus
- Ability to transcribe accurately and efficiently
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
