MCCA, a premium Behavioral Health treatment organization is seeking a Part-time Bilingual (Spanish/English) Administrative Assistant with experience processing insurance and/or billing experience in a healthcare environment.
The incumbent is responsible for assisting the Program Manager in all administrative duties to ensure the success of the Pre-Trial Intervention Program (PTIP). This position will handle daily administrative operation for MCCA PTIP Program and will maintain close liaison with Court Support Services Division (CSSD) and MCCA staff. PTIP Administrative Assistant is the point of contact when communicating with referral sources and provide information as requested. Ensure correspondence and data input is accurate and meets the contract’s timeliness standards.

Educational & Other Requirements:
Minimum Education: two year degree, prefer Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Psychology, Sociology, Social Worker, Human Services, Language, and/or Communications.
Work & Skills Experience:
Minimum of two years of demonstrated office and records management skills. Also the ability to speak, read and write in Spanish.
General administrative experience including Business English, including spelling, grammar and punctuation and Business arithmetic.
Ability to work independently, handling multiple projects and/or duties.
Excellent customer relations and receptionist skills.
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint a must.
Electronic Medical Records experience a plus.
