Bachoco OK Foods is seeking a Bilingual Executive Administrative Assistant to support our Vice President of Human Resources.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

- Must be bilingual in Spanish and English – can speak, read and write in both languages.
- Translate documents and communications
- The candidate for this position should have exceptional customer service skills, over the phone and in person, with our customers and employees
- Performs administrative duties - typing, filing, reports, phones, preparing refreshments for meetings, expense accounts, etc.
- Responsible for setting up executive meetings, building PowerPoint presentations for the team, pulling reports and analyzing data.
- Creates spreadsheets and reports in Excel/utilizing pivot tables. Processes the analytical data.
- Duplication and distribution of reports, legal documents, etc.
- Performs other duties as assigned by management.
Education and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree and 2-3 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience working with spreadsheets, graphs, presentations preferred.
- Experience working cross-functionally throughout an organization.
- Ability to multi-task and set priorities.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Employee may be required to travel short distances occasionally. Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to qualify for the company driver program.
Reasoning Ability - Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Computer Skills - To perform this job successfully, an individual should have strong knowledge of E-Mail software; Internet software; Excel spreadsheet software using pivot tables, PowerPoint, and Word. Strong analytical skills required.
