Renaissance Properties is seeking a highly organized and proficient Bilingual Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic property management team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring efficient office operations.
Please note: Our hours of operation are from 9AM- 6PM M-F and 9AM-4PM on Saturdays.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage incoming calls and emails, addressing inquiries and routing messages effectively in both English and Spanish.
2. Assist in the preparation and distribution of property-related documents, including leases, agreements, and notices.
3. Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and property viewings, ensuring timely communication with clients and team members.
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of property listings, tenant information, and lease agreements.
5. Handle routine administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and office supply management.
6. Translate documents and communications between English and Spanish as needed.
7. Collaborate with property managers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and provide administrative support to the team.
Qualifications:
1. Proficiency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).
2. Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in the real estate or property management industry.
3. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, tenants, and team members.
5. Familiarity with property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
6. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
