Job Responsibilities:

• Answering phones and addressing inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
• Scheduling appointments and managing calendars efficiently.
• Welcoming clients and checking them in for their appointments.
• Utilizing our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system accurately and efficiently.
• Supporting therapists with scheduling and client-related tasks.
• Maintaining a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for clients and staff.
• Participating in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
• Addressing client questions and concerns promptly and effectively.

Requirements

• Education Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• Available to work 10:45am-7:15pm (this shift is a requirement)
• Prior experience in medical reception preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and support.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
