General Office Duties:

• Maintain a positive and productive work environment.
• Prioritize clients and guests, ensuring first-class service and leadership.
• Organize and clean office and equipment regularly.
• Manage client files and records diligently.
• Excel in client communication and enrollment, from initial contact through to successful treatment completion.
• Reach out and Network with local providers, introduce and present services, and set up referral networks.

Clinical Duties:

• Train and operate advanced medical equipment for Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation and Neurofeedback Therapies.
• Provide undivided attention to clients, ensuring high-quality treatment and monitoring progress.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, educating clients on their journey to wellness.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and sales skills, with the ability to connect and influence positively.
• A strong sense of empathy, patience, and the ability to inspire and motivate clients.
• Previous experience in case management, marketing or sales helpful, but not required.
• Willingness to undergo training and achieve necessary certifications.
