Addiction Mental Health Assessor conducts initial and ongoing assessments of patients in Alcohol and Drug (AoD) addiction programs to determine mental health needs and establish care requirements. Provides initial treatment and refers clients to appropriate agencies/providers as needed. Being an Addiction Mental Health Assessor works with patients and families to develop appropriate chemical dependency service plans. Complies with standards in the area of evaluation, assessment, treatment, and service delivery to clients. Additionally, Addiction Mental Health Assessor requires certification as a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC) or similar. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. May require a state license to practice. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Addiction Mental Health Assessor's years of experience requirement may be unspecified.     Hybrid Remote Full-Time Master’s Level Mental Health Therapist, Counselor or Social Worker

     

    Clients receive services mainly in person within the community, with some telehealth options available. There is no requirement to go to an office for administrative tasks or supervision; everything is done online.

     

    Earn Up to 62,950/year (based on 35 counseling sessions per week)

    As a clinician at Chrysalis Health, you will have the opportunity to provide individual and family therapy to a diverse population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. While most of the therapy sessions will be conducted in-person, we also offer some telehealth options to provide flexibility and convenience for our clients.

    • Our Flex Rate Compensation Plan provides an opportunity for increased pay based on the services you provide!
    • Examples:
      • Provide 25 hours of service each week with pay equivalent to up to $43,500/year.
      • Provide 35 hours of service each week with the equivalent of up to $62,950/year.
      • Motivated individuals can earn more than $100,000 as we do not limit the clients and services you provide, only require quality of care.
      • The compensation ranges include a base rate, as well as additional compensation for fluency in second language(s), credentials, and face-to-face services.

    Additional Earnings for completing required training, treatment plan reviews and CFARS. The majority of your work is conducted in the community, and work schedules can be highly adaptable in designing a timetable that suits both you and your clients. Nevertheless, some flexibility outside traditional business hours is necessary.

     Candidate Requirements:

    • Education: Master’s degree from an accredited university or college in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or related field.
