Activity Specialist organizes and provides program content for social events for an organization or group of people. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent and 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Being an Activity Specialist is familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. The Activity Specialist - Camp Cedarledge is to assist in design and implementation of assigned programs in arts and crafts, nature, outdoor skills and/or sports and games, and assists with unit operations and supervision of campers assigned to the unit; to provide a safe, fun, high quality Girl Scout camp experience for campers. Overnight Camp employment is seasonal, with dates of employment May-August. Employment will be at Camp Cedarledge in Pevely, Missouri. This position lives on site for the duration of the overnight camp program

If your position requires that you drive an average of one (1) day per week or more, you must possess a valid state drivers license and a driving record that is acceptable to our insurance carrier.
