Tasks:

• Providing support for personal care tasks, such as washing, dressing, shaving, and toileting.
• Assisting with basic tasks like meal planning, preparation, and grocery shopping.
• Ensuring strict adherence to each patient's care plan, including administering prescribed medication and carefully observing and reporting any changes in a patient's condition.
• Assisting patients with guided physical exercises and maintaining their doctor-provided therapy schedule.
• Offering emotional support, companionship, and meaningful social interaction.
• Ensuring patient safety through established preventive measures.
• Maintaining accurate documentation pertaining to patient health and care.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or higher.
• Certified in CPR and first aid.
• Proven knowledge of health and safety regulations.

• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
