Description

Provides day-to-day management of the credit and collection functions within the Business Office. This includes overseeing all incoming calls into the Business Office, the follow-up on account issues, the collection processes and posting of all payments and/or rejections/denials.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree. Or equivalent educ/experience.- Five to seven years experience in a medical group environment, including patient scheduling/registration and business office processes, credit and collections.

• IDX experience.

About the Team

Providence Physician Enterprise (PE) is a service line within Providence serving patients across seven states with quality, compassionate, coordinated care.
