Accounts Receivable Supervisor jobs in Temecula, CA

We are currently seeking Accounts Payable to support the daily operations within the main office of a fast paced and growing company in the Murrieta area. We are looking for someone with the right attitude to learn, grow and thrive within the organization. This position requires constant interaction with vendors,customers, and various employees throughout the company.

Job Description/Responsibilities:

The Accounts Payable position will be assisting in various tasks and responsibilities each day, which included, but not limited to the following:

• Maintaining a bookkeeping database and spreadsheet and updating information as needed.
• Collecting payments from customers and accurately recording them in the system.
• Creating reports and balance sheets that document overall profits and losses.
• Updating client accounts based on payment or contact information
• Preparing bills receivable, invoices and bank deposit.
• Preparing and sending of invoices

***Must be able to handle last minute assignments.

Requirements:

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Knowledgeable with office procedures and basic data entry skills
• Knowledge of MS Office and office management software

Preferred Experience:

• Working experience as Accounts Receivable Clerk or Accountant
• Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records.
• Customer Service orientation
• Quickbooks knowledge

Schedule:

Must be available, Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 2pm
