Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable Clerk

SmartTalent is looking for a seasoned AP/AR Clerk for one of our clients in the Lakewood WA area. Ideal candidate will have 1-3 years previous experience working within QuickBooks, strong computer skills, detail oriented, and the ability to communication effectively.

Starting Pay:

$20 - $25 hourly DOE

About The Job: In this role your primary responsibilities will include processing invoices, reconciling accounts, monitoring payments, and assisting with financial reporting. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate in financial transactions, resolving any discrepancies, and maintaining detailed records. Additionally, you will work closely with vendors, clients, and internal teams to address any billing or payment inquiries. Strong attention to detail, organization skills, and proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks) are essential for success in this role.

At Minimum, you’ll need:

• Basic knowledge of Accounting
• Excellent computer skills and strong problem solving skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Efficient with Microsoft Office Products, QuickBooks, Data Entry Skills, and possess General math skills.
