Accounts Receivable Supervisor is responsible for supervising and guiding operations in the accounts receivable function of an organization. Maintains and reconciles accounts receivable ledger to ensure accurate and timely receipt of payments. Being an Accounts Receivable Supervisor monitors collection period and sends follow-up inquiries regarding payments for the organization. Negotiates with past-due accounts to resolve all payment issues in a timely manner. Additionally, Accounts Receivable Supervisor implements standard operating procedures to ensure compliance with internal accounting policies and controls. Generates reports to bring insight into collections, account ages, and other relevant metrics and relays conclusions to management. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Accounts Receivable Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. To be an Accounts Receivable Supervisor typically requires 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Position Overview:
Works directly with the insurance company, healthcare provider, and possibly the patient to get a claim processed and paid. Required to review and appeal all unpaid and denied claims. We use Advanced MD, Clinix, Nextech & MOD MED/EMA PM systems.

All employees in the Accounts Receivable department work a scheduled shift of 7 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday. We pay you for 2–15-minute breaks and ask you to clock out for a 30-minute lunch break.
Our team wears scrubs and sneakers and we provide 2 sets of scrubs after you have worked with us for 90 days. You are welcome to wear the company t-shirt we provide with jeans on Thursdays & Fridays.
